Dr Reynolds and her assistant were very nice, however their front office staff is another story entirely. I have never encountered such gross unprofessionalism in a medical office before, completely unfriendly and just downright rude. When I questioned a charge I was answered with, I'm not dealing with this...talk to her she is the office manager, who was even worse...not a way to treat patients, must less in an office for root canals.

Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable.
