The service was much easier than I expected. There was no unnecessary disruption, and the laundry area was left clean after the job.
My dryer had started behaving differently, so I had the vent inspected. It was helpful to have someone look at the actual vent and explain what was going on.
I was happy with how easy the whole appointment was. The technician was friendly, answered my questions, and took his time cleaning the ductwork instead of rushing through it. He pointed out where there was more dust buildup and made sure the work areas were left clean when he finished.
I liked that the technician took care not to damage anything around the vents. The work was completed cleanly.
The technician was respectful of my home and careful with the equipment. I appreciated the professional service and the clear explanation afterward.
