What a wonderful experience! The workers showed up on time, let me know each day what was going to be done, and always let me know when they were finishing up and leaving. They were knowledgeable, professional and personable. I’ve never had such tidy service providers. When they left for the day, it looked as though they had never been there. We had experienced years of "off and on" moisture in our basement that had a plywood floor built over the concrete foundation. When Craig came to review the area he knew right away there was probably mold under the wooden floor. He and his team were very professional and efficient during the remediation process.
