When I walked in I smiled and greeted the lady at the front desk because I was not greeted. I told her I had an appt and she told me “your not gonna cut it” loud and Extremely rude! I proceeded to tell her that I may not look overweight or heavy but i knew my BMI was more than It should be. Mind you I have been to weight-loss clinics before and been told that I was in fact overweight and had been given medicine for it!
