My moving experience was below average with Gollott and Sons. The packing lead and supervisor were unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate, which added unnecessary stress to the process. Their planning was poor; they initially intended to pack the entire household on a Friday and leave my family in a fully packed home over the weekend and into Monday, with my stuff not scheduled for pickup until Tuesday. Professional employees... The office personnel very nice and friendly.. To do business with this guy's is a pleasure....
The crew that came to pack up our house did a great job. Even after the once in a lifetime snowstorm, they showed up immediately after the roads were safe enough and got the job done. Chris and the rest of the guys who came to pack were very polite and you could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of their work.
