If care about your loved one at all do not let them go to this place! They let my sister lie there with a raging UTI for over a week with no medical treatment at all except the Azo I had brought her, she almost died if I hadn't insisted they take her to the ER when I did. Reply, I spoke to your executive director while she was still there and the head of the nursing department, the director gave me his card and told me to call him at anytime so I did! My ex husband went there last year (2023), and didn't come out. He was supposed to be there for 21 days of physical rehab. He had fallen 3 times while there. After the 3rd fall, and some type of medicine they had given him, he never woke up.
Very cooperative, very nice and therapy was very rewarding!
