Won't let you check in earlier 15 minutes before your appointment for pick up. Once docked they took 4 hours to load truck, than another 30 minutes to give drivers paperwork. All this and still load has to be delivered in LA same day in the afternoon. They have drivers rushing for them to just take their sweet time to load. Why request trucks if you clearly don't have the product ready or man power.
Arrived 3pm for the next day 9am appointment time, no early unload, it's kinda by appointment only maybe an hour early before appointment time... security guard was nice, when u pulled in stay on the right lane, park the truck and walk to the guard shack to check... quick unloading after you get a door...
I don't know why bad reviews. Could be delivery side. This is about my 5th load out. I show 2 hours before, and get right in. Most wait was waiting 10 minutes for a trailer to be pulled from dock spot. I have never been met with anything but friendly professionals. The guard, shipping and spotters. Not once more than 45 minutes between docking and leaving. The entire property is clean and easily movable. I enjoy loading.
Arrived at on time. Checked in and unloaded after two hours. Delivery on a Sunday.
