Went to see Jane for a pinched nerve. The deep muscle massages were amazing and having a full consultation plus home exercises were very helpful. Very highly recommended, thank you Jane

I have been suffering from an aching thumb joints for months. It just wouldn't go away. I finally decided to get it looked at and two weeks after my consultation with Jane and it is now much better. Thanks Jane and I promise to keep up with the exercises.
Jane is a great physio. Not only does she provide great massages for strains and muscle problems, she also does dry needling, which is great for relieving tightness. She keeps me going and helps the pains caused by my arthritic back.
