Unbelievable. I booked my massage appointment online exactly TWO WEEKS AGO and received 2 email confirmations on it and I walk in for my appointment and was told no and come at 3 or 4pm instead of the 10am slot i booked. I said well i booked it and this is the confirmation. And she said no we cant do that, come at 12pm and I said i cant because I scheduled this day AND time for A REASON because i have other plans and places to get to in the afternoon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and extremely professional, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. The massage itself was excellent—they found all my tight spots and effectively addressed them. I feel much lighter and more relaxed now. This is my new go-to massage spot.
If you’re looking for a light, relaxing Swedish massage, this isn’t the place. Ocean Spa leans more toward deep tissue, shiatsu, with stretching and even some glute/sciatic work. They use plenty of oil (thankfully followed by hot towels) and include some unique touches like shaking arms and legs.
