There are no happy massages at this place, and the temperature there was very cold during all 8 of my visits. Be sure to bring an extra blanket! Although they might be able to turn on a space heater in your room, there are no individual ceilings for each room, so the heat will just escape. If you don't have an appointment, you might consider calling ahead by 15 minutes, or you might be waiting in their TV lounge for 15 minutes (and they don't have cable).
