I was in Ocean Shores for the conference and developed strep throat. The pharmacist Scott was so kind and knowledgeable in helping me find what I needed. The ladies at customer service were lovely too. It was unfortunate to become sick on my trip but comforting to know that there was a pharmacy close by where I received such good care and advice.
The employee who checked us out was rude. The chip reader wasn't working, so she grabbed my card and said she had to put the number in. When I asked why couldn't I do that she said it is good customer service, and walks away and it wasn't a friendly response. My husband then said to me that was good customers service ? And she yells back at us yes that is good customer service, and I yell back no it isn't you jumped on me for asking a question. Then she cuts me off and says by ma'am.
