Executed a 5 year contract with Heim Electronics several years ago and they were a good small business and I was happy to support. The BSafe/PyeBarker takeover ruined all of that. Have been a customer of Ocean Security for years with no issues with our alarm system. From the minute B-Safe has taken over we started to have nothing but issues with the system as well as bill payments. Now have an alarm system in our house that is useless and have called several times and keep getting the run around of being told they will get back to be and try to figure out how to resolve the issue.
