Location is the only 5 star quality this building has. Office staff is rude and bothered that you’re there. Weekend open-door policy where anyone can park in the garage, use the pool, hot tub, bbqs and loungers is ridiculous! Why make us go through the trouble of having a parking pass and key fobs when you don’t need either on weekends! Gates are left ajar for everyone to come and go from the beach. Clean and located near restaurants and John’s Pass
It's one of the best we've been at. 2nd year coming here. The pool is very kid friendly.
