I needed a new handle for my Steam Living Plus mop. Charlene responded very quickly to my inquiry and I was able to pick up a replacement handle a couple of days later - at no charge! It doesn’t get any better than that!

The foot massager from Ocean Sales is quite literally the best on the market. Their sales team is great to work with.
We love many of the products Ocean sells. Always top quality. Almost 2 years ago we purchased Smart Living StretchSeats. Then last year at our local show we learned that Ocean backs up the product we bought with a two year warranty. Yesterday 3 weeks short of the 2 year mark I went to their office and they graciously exchanged my stool with a new one. Very impressed with their customer service.
Hands down the best customer service! i own many items from Ocean and love all of them especially their Mulberry Silk line and TurmeriX line.
