Bought a medium mystery box. 💯sucks
Absolutely awesome service. We had a part break on our PowerBlade vacuum probably due to something we did ourselves. Customer Service was very quick to respond to my on-line query and begin an email chat. They were also very quick to respond via email and once I answered all their questions they shipped me out a brand new unit which I received almost the next day. Unbelievable refreshing service.
