Absolutely awesome service. We had a part break on our PowerBlade vacuum probably due to something we did ourselves. Customer Service was very quick to respond to my on-line query and begin an email chat. They were also very quick to respond via email and once I answered all their questions they shipped me out a brand new unit which I received almost the next day. Unbelievable refreshing service. I brought in my massage chair for repair, which I purchased during the Calgary Stampede. When I went in to pick up my chair, the receptionist at the front desk appeared uninterested and seemed to dislike her job, even though it wasn’t busy at the time. She provided very limited answers to my questions and didn’t even smile or show any sense of sympathy.
