You know, I never knew how good Phil the osteo was until I experienced one of the worst. I booked a physio appointment up in Sydney (I was seeing a band) as I was a bit sore. You might say osteo's and physios are different but the massage techniques seem to overlap quite a bit. Any, sitting with that physio in Sydney made me realise that Phil is worth his weight in gold. Every time I've gone to see Phil about pain or an injury I've had relief after one session and complete resolution of my issue after two or three sessions. ... read more
