We have zero service. When they burn a disc and give it to you, they ask for money and they want a cache. No one has ever asked for money for a disc anywhere.
I called to schedule an appointment. They refused and said that before they can do that, I need to bring in the documents. I wanted to provide all the information over the phone, but they said they don't accept or trust information given over the phone.
