I had an appointment for October 6. I received a call from them a week ago saying they needed my referral but would be closed for 2 weeks. I went there and gave them my teferral. .Rescheduled for oct 27. Now I received a call from them saying they are over booked and I can't be seen till maybe November after they already booked an appt with me. Very nasty on the phone. Would never recommend them.
Made me show up for an appointment just for them not to be sure if they can do my ultrasound Then told me they’ll call me back, they dont. I call them instead, they said to wait another weekend so they can ask if they do the procedure and that they’ll call me. They dont. So I call them AGAIN. Just for them to tell me they dont do that procedure. Awful business.
They are very convenient. They do their job quickly, super, thank you for being there.
Horrible service.
I have been wanting to go to this clinic for a month now but they don't accept me or they make me wait in line. I have missed work several times and traveled a long way. My doctor referred me to this clinic so I thought it would be convenient, but the staff and secretaries don't meet the requirements.
