FYI: Normally I don't like to give a low score on a business but after 3/4 times trying to get reservations at a local condo on NSB (stayed there several times when it was not managed by properties).I was told every time they would send an email so I could look at them.As of TODAY apparently they don't want to take the time to help with reservations. (No emails or making a reservation over the phone).The condo was always very nice and ladies were SO friendly. Guess I will find another place that will appreciate my business. ... read more
We have rented three times now with Ocean Properties, and have never been disappointed! Their customer service is outstanding! The condos they have are well appointed and have easy access to all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Highly recommend!!
I used to come here as a kid and it is just as I remember! It is very laid back and such a good time! Ocean Properties was so easy to work with and very accommodating!
Ocean Properties managed our home for a long term rental and returned it to us with over $50,000 of damage. When we asked them to make an insurance claim they told us to get a lawyer.
