Our unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The people are very friendly. We couldn’t be more satisfied!
Our experience was truly beyond amazing from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to help us find the perfect condo for our family. They were attentive, checking in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and again after we left to follow up. We stayed at Sea Dunes 6B, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The care and attention to detail made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience
We had another wonderful vacation in New Smyrna Beach. The room was very clean (we stayed in the same villa last year). The folks at Ocean Properties are wonderful to work with. We had a couple changes to our plans and they were very professional and very accommodating. We will definitely contact them to plan our future stays at NSB!
We had a WONDERFUL stay at Family Tides! The home was really clean and beautifully decorated. It was a short distance from the beach which was awesome! The management company checked in multiple times to ensure that everything was good. We will be back!
FYI: Normally I don't like to give a low score on a business but after 3/4 times trying to get reservations at a local condo on NSB (stayed there several times when it was not managed by properties).I was told every time they would send an email so I could look at them.As of TODAY apparently they don't want to take the time to help with reservations. (No emails or making a reservation over the phone).The condo was always very nice and ladies were SO friendly. Guess I will find another place that will appreciate my business. ... read more
