We had the most fabulous time at 305 Ebb Tide! It is furnished perfectly and has everything you need from sunrise to sunset for a perfect beach vacation. Our girls trip for the second year in a row at this condo could not have been more fun. The beach location is private and quiet, clean and wide sand beach. The pool is well maintained and sizable for the size condos and the property is kept clean and well maintained. This would be a great condo for a month long rental!! Stephanie Stone Atlanta, GA
They charge a $50 security deposit, but it is totally nonrefundable, even if there is absolutely no damage to the property when you leave. They don’t tell you this upfront; you find out afterward.
