UPDATE: They blocked me on Airbnb after I asked for the refund they promised but never sent. Renter Beware: Upon arrival around 8pm after a long travel day, the Unit keyless code did not work. After repeatedly calling the supposedly 24/7 hotline for close to 2hrs, and not receiving an answer back, I had to book a hotel for the night.
