Ocean Prime Pools was GREAT! Our pool heater wasn’t heating. Called the company that we purchased the heater from and advised could send a tech in about 15 days. Required a $225 deposit to make the appointment. Called Ocean Prime. Had tech, Emilio, at our house in 1 1/2 hours. Troubleshot, contacted manufacturer to check on warranty (out of warranty 3 months ago), further troubleshot with manufacturer tech and decided may only be a contact.
