After our 2018 H38E trawler came out winter storage in Maryland, the Northern Lights 5kw generator would not start. It was eight years old, though only 300 hours showed on the tachometer. The commissioning yard mechanics tried several approaches, including replacing the lift pump, checking all the relays, and multiple times bleeding it. I had a generator that was constantly not working. Had it “checked out” a few times. Ocean power came and repaired it. They also gave me some important help understanding it with some preventive maintenance. They then did some work on my two mains because I didn’t realize there was an issue about to be a problem. Professional, polite, helpful. I will come to mid New Jersey just to get them to check my engines out annually. Highly recommend these guys.
