Terrible service. Charged us for month and did not complete the months work. Never show up on promised or scheduled date. They are quick to harass you phone when payment is due however, they do not respond to calls or problems.
I called Ocean Pools on Sunday evening and they had an employee here on Tuesday. It was a pleasant and exceptionally professional experience. The responsiveness was exemplary and immediate, and the pool cleaning couldn't have been better. I'll not only continue to use this company, but would highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide. Top notch service and frankly, just good people.
