Cool place
Beautiful walk along the beach. Very scenic
The units are very overpriced. Management is rude and not helpful with anything. It sits on the Amtrak rail line and there is constant noise from the trains as they pass by and they shake the building. I’m an owner. The condo fees are 398$ a month; ridiculous.
