Great location, nice pool and easy access to beach.
I arrived at this condo as a visitor and was treated extremely poorly. The female security guard spoke to me in a vulgar filthy language. I am shocked that they allow somebody so low class to represent their building I would suggest she be reevaluated and definitely retrained what a disgraceful disgusting experience
I’ve been renting here for four years now. This is a fantastic place, right on the beach. Staff is truly wonderful. The views are priceless.
Gestapo board, they will hate you if you have a dog. They'll fine you $300 dollars for having your dog off leash on the sidewalk even outside the property. Creepy old ladies spend all day watching the outside to see if anyone breaks any rules. Awful people. Carolina Mikeska is an awful person who has an obsession for busting people, she seems to be the mysterious community association manager. They also yell at people should their grandkids come and visit, finding a way to complain that their laughter is too loud in the hall... read more
