Started training here after an knee injury. The staff set a training program targeting the rehabilitation and strengthening of my injuries and all muscle groups affected. 2 years later I’m still training here and feeling stronger than ever thanks to the OPC team. Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere and very accomodating regardless of peoples backgrounds or abilities. Recent upgrade with a recovery room is also a big bonus. Easily the best value for money for a gym membership on the Sunny Coast.

I’ve recently had the pleasure to spend some time at the OPC. Kerry, who runs the gym, really knows his stuff. Anyone who is considering training there will get expert advice. No, just got their certificate PTs, just extremely knowledgeable staff, so you’ll be in good hands.
