Laurie’s classes are more than just a workout. They are educational and motivational as well. Laurie educates us on the muscle groups, what their functions are, the ligaments, tendons and fascia work, along with offering new research being done in the fitness industry. Also why it is so important to take note of movement, tenderness and weakness.
