I have gone to this spa several times for massages. There was something off when I went today. Not sure if there was a wedding party before me that trashed place, but it wasn’t clean. Lots of cups with lipstick in relaxation room, towls on chairs & floor, hair in showers & by hair dryers, no soap, no lotion, random wrappers by water station. The front person Elisabeth made tge whole experience wonderful. Went for brunch and massage special. Elisabeth went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had a great time. The massage chairs had warmers and air pressure to ensure comfortability. That was a plus. The vitamin c showers left my skin very soft. Lots of extras like tea and snacks. Had a prenatal massage recently, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Im rating it 3 stars for a few reasons, but nothing to do with the massage itself. First, the shower I used needed a good scrubbing. I could see the orange mildew build-up between the tiles and although they had bottles of body soap, shampoo and conditioner, they were all empty when I went to use them.
