Although the staff was super friendly, I unfortunately can’t give any more than two stars. She painted my nails so recklessly not a single nail had nail polish down to the cuticle or even anywhere near there and there was nail polish outside the lines on most fingers. I had to take it all off and repaint with care as soon as I got home.
The lady that shaped my nails was really nice and took her time with shaping my nails but I wish she would have told me she wasn’t good with doing a French tip. I wanted something clean and classic but I feel like this wasn’t done very well. It’s pretty thick and uneven. I would have just done a solid colour if she just told me she wasn’t confident in doing it.
Highly unprofessional and careless service. I went in yesterday as a walk-in for a manicure and pedicure. One lady was doing my feet and another was doing my hands, and they were rushing through everything. I was seated on the massage chair with my shoes placed to my right side — I didn’t realize at the time that the nail technician had spilled nail polish on them. The lady was nice but the shaping was horrible all of my nail beds are different shapes and I asked to have them shorter and she refused
I've brought my daughter in twice now to get her nails done. Each time shes left smiling and extremely happy. This last time the nail tech even painted her 2 fingers that she was born without nails and that truly made her week and made her feel beyond special. As a mother I'm forever grateful
