They installed ClimateMaster geothermal heat pumps in my condo during the build. Within the warranty window they changed filters and replaced a recalled part - no issues there, techs were polite and helpful. My heat pump suddenly died just out of warranty. I booked a tech with them who came and had it up/running in 1 hour. On his way out, he told me it was a configuration issue.
