I’ve been servicing both my F150 and MachE for a few years now. Dealing with John, Jesse, Lacee, Jen, and driver Hannah. Pretty the much everyone there. They provided excellent service every time, quick turn around, always answer their email quickly, car is cleaned inside out, the list goes on and on. Absolutely love the team and trust them 100% to get my car and truck service here all the time.
I only visit to White Rock, but on two separate occasions, I have been very Thankful for the willingness of the Service folks here to help me out on short notice. Awesome, capable staff who will do what they can to help, and even on a busy day find time to look after the customer. Thanks to everybody at Ocean Park Ford.
Had a question about the trailer harness on my new F350. The parts rep immediately connected me with Colin from service who is their towing expert. With no appointment, Colin looked at my truck, explained what needed to be to be done (swap the plug on the bumper with the one in the bed) and proceeded to swap them out. He was done in 10 minutes. My truck since new had been serviced by Ocean Park Ford. When the new service manager (current one now) moved into the role as service advisor to manager, i said, customer satisfaction is key to future vehicle purchases. When i needed the service manager to step up and help, he was a no show. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Ocean Park Ford and particularly, Lacee the service tech. They told me what needed to be repaired and did so and went above and beyond in getting my truck back to me.
