My truck since new had been serviced by Ocean Park Ford. When the new service manager (current one now) moved into the role as service advisor to manager, i said, customer satisfaction is key to future vehicle purchases. When i needed the service manager to step up and help, he was a no show. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Ocean Park Ford and particularly, Lacee the service tech. They told me what needed to be repaired and did so and went above and beyond in getting my truck back to me.
This is now the second time this has happened and they have wasted my time. I call to book an appointment in advance for a Saturday for my work vehicle, as I do not have time during the week to bring it in. This is a JPL lease vehicle. After dropping my vehicle off and pulling into my driveway, I receive a call saying that they cannot do any work as they do not have authorization from JPL to do the work. The service I recently received was excellent. Tanner who looks to be a relatively new hire was exemplary. If Ocean Park Ford continues like this I believe it will establish the dealership as one of the best in the city. I am happy enough with the service I received that I left a review.
