Thanks to Will, John and Jesse
OPF Service department is amazing. Very accommodating, best service of any dealership I’ve ever experienced by far. Very responsive, helpful and efficient. Got me in quickly for a dead battery replacement with all the bells and whistles. Clean car, software updates, drop off and pickup (amazing drivers) Great work culture. Maintenance costs almost always cheaper than I expect. Helpful employees which is tough to find these days.
Brought my car into Ocean Park Ford for an oil change and a seasonal tire swap. Booking was easy and they got me in quickly. The service team kept me updated, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. The staff were honest and trustworthy. They told me what my car actually needed and didn’t try to tack on anything extra. Work was done properly and on time. If you need a Ford dealership for service in the South Surrey area, these guys are solid. I’ll be back.

Everything made sense and I was not upsold on anything. The maintenance work was done efficiently and I picked up the car the same day. Jess was very friendly and explained everything very well. Cleve was so kind to drop me off and... read more
