The staff were very attentive and only recommended services that would genuinely benefit my car’s longevity. Their pricing is also very competitive. What impressed me most was that they even checked my vehicle’s recall history and connected me with a dealership to get the issues resolved—something no other mechanic has done for me before! Highly recommend!
I really liked the staff. I took my car in because the power steering belt kept snapping and they diagnosed a bunch of issues with my car. I was a little worried about the price at first but when i got the car back it was running so smooth that I could not deny it, it was definitely worth it!
They went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was taken care of, even when unexpected issues came up, they were supportive from beginning to end and were super accommodating with my work schedule and when the vehicle would get picked up. Nothing but good things to say about Ocean Park Auto, and definitely will be back. Thank you!
So hard to get a good shop to service your car these days. It's like trying to find your new family doctor. Almost impossible. I came up on Ocean Park after having some rattle problems. They were happy to help and did a few more things to fix my car. Very impressed with the people and the fact that it's local is a bonus. I will be bringing my car there for any future service work.
