Excellent service and great communication all around. I had my Lexus front differential fluid done by Ocean Park Automotive and they were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The master technician is very experienced and did the job perfectly. I had a drain plug that was stripped and they replaced it with the plug that I provided. My husband and I were looking to purchase a RHD JDM imported car. We booked a pre purchase inspection with Ocean Park and had a great experience. Matt was very knowledgeable and experienced, they provided us with a detailed, honest and straight forward report on the 2008 vehicle. We definitely would recommend their services. The couches in the waiting room are clean and comfortable, the mini fridge was also stocked with complimentary beverages for the wait. No regrets on booking a pre purchase inspection with them.

I recently took my 2018 Audi Q5 to Ocean Park automotive in South Surrey White rock because it had a coolant leak. Faith helped me right away and the team was able to accurately diagnose the problem. They sent me a digital vehicle inspection with pictures and video clearly showing the coolant leak coming from the water pump assembly. My car had an engine light on and they diagnosed the issue quickly and had the car back to me in 24 hours. Kept me posted with costs and what the issues were.
