An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Park Automotive!! My experience with Ocean Park Automotive was truly exceptional. The front desk team was kind, clear, and incredibly professional. They diagnosed my car’s issue quickly, sourced the parts faster than I expected, and even brought in extra mechanics to complete the repair in half the time other shops quoted. Jag, Matt, and Aaron were extremely kind and helpful while assisting me with my Japanese import. They went above and beyond — even staying late when my car broke down so it could be brought safely into the yard. Jag also recommended a plate holder, which ended up being very useful. The service overall was great, fair-priced, and professional. Aaron was quick to answer my calls whenever I needed advice or clarification, which was really appreciated. Great shop, thanks guys

For more than 20 years I have visited the Honda and Acura dealerships. Then a big company (you know the name) bought both dealerships. Since then these dealerships changed direction from building the good customer relationship to only “chasing money”. I was lucky to find very good company close by: “Ocean Park Automotive”. Ocean Park Automotive is a fantastic shop. I was impressed with their online booking portal, and further impressed by the format of their estimate which was sent both via text and email. It made it very easy to prioritize the repairs needed on my truck. Not only that, but they were able to fit me in at short notice and get the repairs required done quickly. Jag and Matt are great! Highly recommend.

I brought one of my vehicles here after receiving an outrageous quote from the dealership. The team at Ocean Park Auto took an in-depth look at my vehicle and discovered that the dealership had actually misdiagnosed my vehicle’s issue. They were able to repair the issue for 1/10th of the price that the dealership quoted! The team is highly professional, polite, honest and efficient. Highly recommend! I will be bringing all my vehicles here moving forward.
