Won’t be back. No point in outlining reasons as manager will just gaslight me, as is the case with other dissatisfied guests. Best way to get the point across is to vote with your feet.
Just had a week here with my wife and kids aged 6 and 9. Hotel has everything you need, beautiful views of the ocean. Close to shops and the beach Pool area is lovely and isn't too much noise coming from the building works next door.
We had a fantastic time. this is a great place to stay, in the perfect location. Keep up the good work
Lovely stay- very nice staff who were very helpful. Resort is central great for trams and buses. Walkable to many food establishments and the beach . Pool area great for afternoon swims and relaxing.
I probably should have checked if the "ocean view room" I booked would infact have an ocean view. It did not. It did have a nice "construction view" though. That was disappointing. That said the construction at the time wasn't too noisy tbh. The aircon worked well in the living area and kids room but not the main bedroom at all. The apartment just felt a bit sterile and bland.
