Incredible experience. Well organized. Friendly. Fair, accurate and PROFESSIONAL. Something has happened here; the lift crew were totally friendly and accommodating, the management well knowledgeable and fair. Please don’t come here. I want this place all to myself!

Shale was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options clearly, making sure I got exactly what I needed. I also had a few technical questions about the installation, and they answered everything in great detail, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. What a great company to deal with. We had been out cruising for several weeks when we had significant onboard issue that put the rest of our trip in jeopardy. I called Ocean Pacific at 8am and Eric agree to fit us in that afternoon for an emergency repair. Eric was amazing and so pleasant to work with. In two hours he had the problem resolved and saved the rest of our vacation. Thank you so much for your kindness and customer service, we are incredibly grateful.
