What a great company to deal with. We had been out cruising for several weeks when we had significant onboard issue that put the rest of our trip in jeopardy. I called Ocean Pacific at 8am and Eric agree to fit us in that afternoon for an emergency repair. Eric was amazing and so pleasant to work with. In two hours he had the problem resolved and saved the rest of our vacation. Thank you so much for your kindness and customer service, we are incredibly grateful.
