Staff is so rude. This place has started going down hill! This used to be our favorite place to go for years. When you’re spending that kind of money for full price merchandise, decent attitudes and costumer service would be nice. Keep treating your locals like this and you won’t have any winter business. Skip this place and head to Strands on Oak Island.
Bought my wife sunglasses as a birthday gift and she tried to return them they next day because they didn't quite fit. Employee was very rude to her accused her of doing "something" to the glasses in front of a bunch of other customers. The glasses had been out of the box once. Not a great way to start her birthday weekend.

When the door clearly states they are closing at 6, yet the doors are locked by 5:35. Not only that but an employee walks out to take the trash out, and looks you straight in the face and locks the door back. You have lost my business.
Horrible that on a crowded Saturday afternoon the person behind the counter wasn’t wearing a mask. That is for the safety of the people shopping!!
In the days of Covid 19, when we are asked to wear masks in public, it is beyond comprehension that the two sales people behind the counter are mask less! Cans for dirty and clean pens...why bother? I won’t be back. My money is better spent where my health is considered important.

I spent approx 10-15 minutes in the store and was not greeted once by any of the 3 employees - I even smiled at one while I was looking through shirts. I held a Keen running shoe in my hand for about 4 mins hoping for assistance and no one even looked at me (one staff member walked right by me). I also was at the front check out desk looking at bracelets and two employees were there who said nothing at all. Only my husband and I were in the store. He was not greeted either. Not good customer service at all.
