Very hard to get appointments. Works great if your case is standard. They don’t help when things don’t go as per the plan and need to stop the treatment due to extreme jaw/neck swelling and pain. They are not willing to honor their contract too when you end the treatment and instead charge you a minimum even after ending it even though you haven’t started the Invisalign treatment yet.

All workers were lovely, Although, Doctor Douglas is not kind and welcoming as soon as your time there is coming to a end. Feel as thought I was treated so poorly for the amount of money I spent, especially when you are over the age of 13. Spent 2 years of service there but was not able to spin the wheel as it was only for “children” Wish I saved my money and kept my crooked teeth.

After having braces in my teens, I needed braces again at 40+ to correct a cross bite. Everyone that worked on my teeth over the last 2 years have been so friendly, patient, gentle, caring, and professional. I really appreciated their efficiency and respect for client time as appointments are prompt and timely. I never waited more than 5 mins past my appointment time. Very disappointed with the standard of care at this practice. As a clinician myself, this is not a place I would recommend to friends and family. After waiting 6 weeks for a consultation with Dr Douglas, the appointment felt rushed and his lack of bedside manner left me feeling more like a number than a patient. He spent about 5-6 minutes going through my case. No discussion of timeline or treatment outcome expectations. Very cold and unfriendly.
