The assistants that you will spend majority of the time with have treated me horribly. My last appointment I actually cried after I left because I felt so rushed and judged for asking follow up questions. The guy sitting next to me even looked over shocked when the assistant visibly huffed at me for wanting help with something. Dr Douglas left me permanently asymmetrical and completely downplayed it and denied that I even have asymmetry. DO NOT LET DR DOUGLAS TOUCH YOUR CHILDS TEETH. Dr Douglas put braces on me in a way that wasn’t aligned with how my skull and jaw naturally move. I did not need braces, but he convinced my mother I needed them. At the end of my treatment my face was more recessed and less square/masculine. I still have headaches, facial tightness, and facial asymmetry. Very hard to get appointments. Works great if your case is standard. They don’t help when things don’t go as per the plan and need to stop the treatment due to extreme jaw/neck swelling and pain. They are not willing to honor their contract too when you end the treatment and instead charge you a minimum even after ending it even though you haven’t started the Invisalign treatment yet.
