The pool now closes at 8:30 PM (it’s not even dark outside). Meanwhile, the Tiki Bar next door is blasting music past 8:30. You can sit out on the patio until 10 PM, but you cannot use the fire pits. The security rudely tells you to leave the pool. My bed was so bad that it made me feel as if my whole body was badly bruised. To lock the door for your room is just ridiculous, we still aren’t 100% sure how we got the door to lock. Just got here. Not even dark and the pool is closed. All fire pits are also shut off for the season.

The pool is nice, with a comfortable temperature maintained for the off-season months. The grounds are well cared for, and the location offers convenient access to both Coligny and the Tiki Bar. However, during our stay in the off-season, we booked a weekend that unfortunately coincided with what appeared to be an owners' meeting. During this time, we encountered behavior from the condo owners that was both condescending and, at times, outright rude. They just completely redid this building and pool. It feels like brand new. Lovely oceanfront building.
