I absolutely love going to this practice. Everyone is very friendly and I have the best doctor, Dr. Giglio she is so helpful, answers every questions I have, and makes me feel super comfortable. Highly recommend!
I drove up from Florida to make the appointment for my daughter’s first visit. Maps screwed us up and we were a little late. We walked in at 11:31 for an 11:15 appointment. The INCREDIBLY RUDE receptionist said “we have a 15 minute grace period so we can’t see you.” With a completely empty waiting room, we were literally one minute outside the “grace period.” HOW OBNOXIOUS CAN YOU GET?!?!
Honestly everyone in this office is rude and has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. I love Dr. Nightingale but I will not be returning due to the incompetency of the nurse practitioners, and office staff. You receive a different answer for every person you speak to, and then get shamed for following the directions of whoever you spoke to.
