Been going here for my nails and seeing the lovely Jenny and she is amazing. Always happy with my nails and pedicure!
The nails themselves and the taking off of the nails were bad quality and done in a unprofessional manner
Very disappointed.. manager was lovely but it stops there ! deluxe pedicure .. nails cut with clippers no file no shaping very square and sharp and not straight , foot massage on one foot and only a leg massage on the other , water was let down before washing the scrub off my legs and I had to ask for dry skin to be taken off resulting in re-filling the foot tub ! One coat of nail polish and done ! till one of the other girls applied a topcoat. sadly won’t be back
Not very neat. While removing my old gel, half of my actual nail was also gone... The nail polish didn't reach the border of the nail at the top either.
Very disappointing. Made an appointment, waited an hour, work done was sub-standard - manicurist didn’t care, did a poor job, had to show her unfiled areas of nails, finger polish was so thick and poor quality polish they didn’t dry for a long time, waited while they dried, but they smeared later, took the polish off at home. Worse than that, salon was unattractive, but really worst was how unclean it was. Utensils not in soapy water, let alone in alcohol, and powder from sanding and filing nails thick over everything, grubb... read more
