I went in asking for a natural French tip and showed a photo for reference. Instead of helping me choose a matching color, I was told to just pick one myself. I asked for a second coat of the base color, which was ignored, and when I mentioned it, her coworker jumped in to insist I hadn’t asked — which was uncomfortable. I have been a loyal Ocean customer for 8+ years — seeing Tony pretty much since they’ve opened! Followed him to their opening of Top Nails and back.. wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff is amazing and always greets you with a smile, and the service is top notch. I tell everyone I know to come here!
