Lee has always done a great job on doing nails.
Terrible experience. Nails different shapes, lengths, I asked multiple times for them to fix and she ignored me over and over, literally turned her head and ignored my request. Acrylic was bumpy and uneven. Then to top that all off she said ‘$103’ swiped my card and handed me a receipt for $130!!!! I was scammed, ignored, treated bad and ripped off. absolutely love Ocean Nails. I’ve been many times, and twice since having my guide dog, Victory, and every experience has been wonderful. They treat me with respect and never make me feel different. On my last visit, I asked for a simple French tip and it turned out beautifully. When I walked in, an employee kindly asked if I needed help getting to my table and allowed me to take her arm for sighted guide, which meant so much to me.
