I had the best experience getting my nails done by Winnie! She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and truly takes pride in her work. Not only did she absolutely nail (literally!) the design, but she also made the whole appointment feel so comfortable and enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. I’ve been here a few times, and every time I’ve left either bleeding, burned, or irritated. It’s close to my house, which is the only reason I kept giving this nail shop chances. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently bad. One of the male nail techs there (not Leo) — he has a bit of acne — has been especially rough. The last time I saw him, he cut all my cuticles and I was bleeding and in pain for days. This time, he kept putting my nails too close to the LED light and it burned.
