I’m writing this review after visiting twice, hoping my first experience was just an off day. Unfortunately, both times the service was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, speaking in a language I didn’t understand in front of me, which made me feel uncomfortable and like they were talking about me. I've been here three times, and each visit was disappointing. The staff is extremely rude—no greeting, just a blunt 'What do you want?' The poor attitude seems to be the norm. My acrylic nails started chipping within days, and for their high prices, the quality is lacking. They also pressure you to leave a tip, which feels unprofessional. I regret returning after the first two bad experiences. Not worth your time or money.

I used to be a regular customer. they never really did 5 star quality nails but for a simple manicure it worked… until it didn’t. I can write a laundry list of grievances but the one consistent thing is this: their customer service is lacking and don’t even bother making an appointment because when you show up for said appointment they will always prioritize walk-ins. this is an inconvenience worth sharing because everyone is busy and you should be able to rely on scheduled appointments.

Very prejudice, over priced and poor service. They ignore blacks when the come in and give priority to other skin tones that walk in after you

The salon is not hygienic and should be reviewed by the state. There equipment is not sterilized. They used razor blades on my feet which is not in compliance with state regulations. The paraffin wax they had me put my feet in the wax that everyone uses instead of separating the wax. The they use paper towels instead of actual towels. Ultimately not worth the cost for the location. Before you start ask them to show you the equipment being sanitized, as the machine is not even on when I came in.
