Does this place even exist anymore? Having title issues after buying a car in september 2022 and they have yet to release the title, i call and call and text and text no response. My creditor is having the same issue and getting nowhere. Plates expire in 10 days with no signs of resolution anywhere. Until things are settled for myself and another person reviewing here i would stay away
Terrible service I bought a Jeep Cherokee in April 2022 and a year later I have not received the title, they only give me excuses and it is the date that I do not receive it, they do not answer emails or phone calls and I write to them on messenger and it takes up to 3 days to answer a message I am already really worried I do not recommend oceanmotorscars at all they have a terrible service
if anyone is able to get in contact with this poor excuse of a “dealership” let them know someone they sold a car to with failure to disclose it had maintenance issues when asked, check engine light came on, before leaving the lot & both Britt & Josh made a contract with stating they’ll get the car back if issue wasn’t resolved, guess what? Josh was great and very communicative throughout the entire process! Would recommend Ocean Motorcars as they stand behind their vehicles and don’t try and pressure an upsell.
