Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a spa. This place is basically a rub-and-tug pretending to be a legit massage clinic. The owner was rude and dismissive — I felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. Nothing professional about the atmosphere or service. If you’re looking for a real massage, avoid this place at all costs!
I came in yesterday as a walk-in and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was accommodated. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. My masseuse, ZARA, did an outstanding job… she was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. I came in with a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, and she tailored the massage perfectly to address those problem areas. This place has creepy cameras in their reception which is supposedly an osteopathic clinic but in Ontario a clinic space should remain free from big brother technology when it is supposed to remain a confidential environment. The chick at the front desk was hostile with me from the second I walked in the door just curious about the place. Could not ask questions without hostility.
