Absolutely do not recommend. Never had a counselor interject her opinions on personal issues so much as I’ve seen with this team of counselors. I thought therapists and counselors were supposed to remain impartial and subjective? Not to completely objective about what others are going through without the giving them the tools to help them get better? We are paying them help us heal from past traumas not insert their opinions on past traumas they know nothing about. The violation of HIPAA laws is astounding with this practice... read more
Over six months in the care of one of their workers only to go backwards and beg for help and then when I finally have one decent day be told they won’t reprocess my trauma due to me smoking weed ? Weed which was known about from day one. When I’ve asked for oversight from a supervisor I’ve been deflected from doing so and messages from my client portal deleted. Told not to go to ER when I’ve stated having suicidal thoughts. I do not recommend.

Most if not all the 5* reviews for this practice is for a doctor who no longer practices here (the amazing Dr. Robin Fox). If this business had any morals, they would create a new business page because I'm certain the reviews would not be so great. Very unprofessional - canceled my appointment within 30 minutes at zero fault of my own (!!), and I was in an incredibly compromised time in my life physically, emotionally, and otherwise.
