It's okay. My biggest complaints are the thin walls and ceilings. If people are being loud enough, you can hear them to the left, right, above or below you and only one parking space for tenants. Sometimes you have people that recognize that the space is small and the walls are thin, so they will be considerate. Some other times, you get rude, selfish people that don't care who they disturb and they could be the owners of the condos or just people renting seasonally. The pros are that water stays hot, which is nice; there are definitely beautiful views of the ocean and it is located on the strip so you are within walking distance of everything.
It's okay. My biggest complaints are the thin walls and ceilings. I can hear both people living on both sides of me and above & below me at all hours of the day, in the living room and bedroom while they are talking and walking. It's worse when they are talking loudly or stomping. Also, if someone below you plays loud music with loud bass, it vibrates the floor, walls and ceiling. It's okay. My biggest complaint is the thin walls on the fourth floor. I can hear both people living on both sides of me at all hours of the day, in the living room and bedroom while they are talking. It's worse when they are talking loudly. Also, if someone below you plays loud music with loud bass, it vibrates the floor and walls.
