I am visiting Sydney and got sick. Googled the closest medical clinic and ocean medical came up with great reviews. From the 1st phone call to seeing the dr was so professional and personable. The receptionist was amazing as was the dr. Dr nygen (i think that's the correct spelling) really listened to my concerns, did all the tests etc and really made me comfortable. I cannot recommend this practice more highly. Thank you
The staff were really accommodating and welcoming. Dr. Ong was very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly, including answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Overall, the whole process was smooth and comfortable, especially as a first-timer. I’m very happy with the experience and truly appreciate how well everyone looked after me.
