Working with this planner was a nightmare. Despite promising a "hands-free" experience, she was so disorganized that she spent the wedding week asking questions that had already been answered. She actually canceled the cake without notice, forgot the open bar was paid for, and cut the reception an hour short. Family and bridesmaids eventually had to take over just to save the day.
