I'm supposed to have a reservation. I have been calling for days. No one answers their phone in any department on their directory. I left a frustrated message for the admin because it was the only voicemail I could get but it's a Sunday and I probably won't hear back for a couple days so... they had no issue calling me a few weeks ago to confirm their timeshare presentation. So they can reach me for my money but I can't reach them for basic customer service
The view is spectacular, a few steps to the beach and the front staff were friendly and courteous. I will stay here again.
