One of the worst hotels / resorts I have stayed - the front-desk staff were extremely rude, condescending and showed a very cold and unwelcoming behaviour from the time we checked in. This is a resort where units are owned by individuals - the guests who are not owners are treated like garbage. The front desk staff seemed to be trained that way. I am upgrading this review to 3.5, stretching for 4 stars, of this lovely establishment because, after spending a few days there, the staff were too Awesome and the activities too plentiful, especially given the basic, nightly charge, to justify the 2.5 - 3 stars i gave it earlier. With the motel 6 vibe to the place and the rooms, I would really kind of lean towards 2.5 stars But, the staff is friendly and nice.
