Horrible - save yourself some stress and avoid this neighborhood. They are just in it for the money, not to help the residents maintain property value. Trust me. Especially considering this is a Military neighborhood - they will not respect the valuable and busy schedule of enlisted people. This association is a bunch of grifters and scammers. They will send you a warning notice about an "issue" with your house, and once you address it, they will send you another notice saying you did not rectify said problem (in my case, they said there was algae on my vinyl siding). Side bar - when I walk my dog at night, there are teenagers parked in the HOA Clubhouse parking lot smoking/ selling drugs.
