My experience at this hotel was not great. I was there the week of May 7-14. I arrived at the Atrium Hotel and the first guest room had a very strong dog odor. I was given another room. In the second room the wash cloth was dirty and in the same plastic package with the rest of the linen. A glass was broken in the dishwasher and the hotel front desk personnel said it was the customer's responsibility to put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher due to COVID. Employees not following the rules re not wearing mask on the elevator.... read more
