I took a watch in last year for a battery replacement. It was changed out on site as I waited and all was well. Fast forward to last Saturday, brought in 2 watches for battery replacements. Was asked to drop off and would call when ready. Called us on Tuesday for pick up only to have my husband arrive and be told that neither watch was in working order after replacing batteries.
