Wonderful customer service! I accidentally dislodge the store from my engagement ring a month before my love passed away. Ocean Jewelry was able to repair it, clean, and polished it so that it looked like new again. Now it is truly a beautiful symbol of our love and our life together. The people that work there are very kind and helpful. Their show room is gorgeous with a large selection of fine Jewelry. I even saw a sign that said they have financing available.

Today I went by the store. I’m a return. Customer always bring my jewelry there to get repairs or anything questions about my Jewlry but today I was very disappointed. Spoke to the front desk Erica, who is not friendly person with A attitude .
